It reminds me of fried ice cream, only sweeter and better. :)
1 Big scoop Luna and Larry's Vanilla Island Coconut Bliss Ice Cream
1 or 2 of Jennie's Macaroon, crumbled, or 1 or 2 of Coco-Roon brand macaroons if you'd like a raw variation
1-2 tbsp honey
Put half of the macaroon crumbles on the bottom of a pretty dessert glass or martini glass. Top this layer with a scoop of ice cream. Top the rest of the macaroon crumbles, and then drizzle honey on top.
